I used to have a problematic skin with either rashes or pimples (a few years back). i had tried many products with anti-acne and nothing worked. I also have a problem with hormonal imbalance, but believe or not, this product had been my holy grail! I had stopped applying different anti-acne products and focused in cleansing. (2-step cleansing), first using this cleansing oil before my cleanser. It get rids of makeup and cleans pores deeply. That extra sebum that your skin produces due to hormones is ok since it also cleans that away. My skin cleared up and I was no longer plague with those type of issues any longer. If you have breakout problems, don't just place whatever serum you can find. Your skin needs to rest. Cleansing is the key! I had also tried Shiseido's but I ended up having a few breakouts. So, I went back to laneige. It is also a cheaper version. Once ok, you can follow through with moisturizers as this can also dry out your skin but not that glaring that a simple application of moisturizer can handle. Nowadays, people can't believe that I used to have a problematic skin whenever they see me now and a past photo. So, go try it!
