Since Vit.C is popular in terms of whitening, i tried It's skin Vit C effector because its best seller here in the Philippines. I have a problem with uneven skintone and i also want to have a fairer skin. It really does lightens my skintone! Its non sticky. With just 2weeks of use, you will see visible result. It think its also more stable than other vit c ampoule because it does not easily oxidized.

I love how early you see the results when using WH and VC. I have this dark spot from a pimple before and I can definitely see it lightening even with just a few days of use of WH and VC. Definitely worth the price!
