Here’s a step-by-step guide on how you can shop on Althea's website & app.

Visit www.althea.kr and select your preferred shipping country to register an account.
US/Global - us.althea.kr 
* This is our international website for shipments to over 200 countries including Indonesia!

Philippines - ph.althea.kr
Malaysia - my.althea.kr
Singapore - sg.althea.kr

Add products into your shopping bag.

Check out and proceed to make payment

Shipping Information
Shipped direct from Korea, we have managed to keep our prices and shipping low while subsidizing free shipping for many years until now. In these pandemic times, we made the tough decision to introduce flat-rate shipping instead of free shipping to cope with the rising costs of international shipping. Except for Althea Singapore where customers can still enjoy free shipping for orders above S$29.

This would still be at a low rate: 
Althea Malaysia: RM5 (WM) / RM15 (EM) for orders above RM99
Althea Philippines: P60 for orders above P1,500
Althea USA/Global: USD4 for orders above USD50

*For orders below the minimum order, shipping will be calculated at checkout.
*Customs duty & tax may apply depending on your country’s customs regulations.

DELIVERY ESTIMATION
The entire Althea Journey takes up to 15 working days from Korea (excluding weekends/public holidays). However, for the USA / Global here are the estimated delivery days: 
USA
a) Express Mail Service (EMS) : 3 - 7 business days
b) Registered Airmail: 10 - 30 business days
Other countries
(EMS/Registered Airmail) Shipping estimation will be reflected at the checkout page depending on the shipping method you chose. During pandemic times, slight delays may occur due to stricter customs clearance and checks.
